Hey fellow travellers,

I,am
Manishaa Dubey,

A wanderer just like you. Born and raised in Kanpur, a city with immense historical, religious and industrial significance, I grew up in a culture that was a beautiful blend of the old and new. The love for my own town drove me towards exploring other cities and vivid cultures too. The year 2008 flagged off my journey with a visit to the sacred Purnagiri Temple, perched on a hilltop in Uttarakhand. My quest for travelling to popular and offbeat places has continued since then. I am also blessed with a very loving family that supports me in pursuing my passion. And now that you are here, join me in my world of escapades! Get ready to witness the splendours and adventures of the world with me.

Devprayag And Rudraprayag
India is a land of rivers and each of them has its own mythological significance along with their unique natural beauty. These water bodies further converge or diverge to form new ones. According to Hindu traditions, the confluence of two or more rivers is called ‘Prayag’ and is considered to be a holy site. Various religious rituals including the last rites are performed here. Devprayag and Rudraprayag are two such highly revered pilgrimage spots that will surprise you with their natural beauty and mystical charm.

Haridwar
The hustle-bustle of this city looks like a grand finale by the river Ganges before it exits the “stage” – the Himalayan foothills. Haridwar is a place where you will find peace even amidst the noise and rush. The lamps that illuminate the site during the evening ‘aarti’; the fragrance of burning incense during a ritual; the sound of the gushing river; the chanting of prayers; the aroma of food from the lanes, everything your senses can feel add to the experience.

Auli
Imagine yourself gliding down a snow-clad mountain while chilled air brushes your face. Going at a thrilling velocity, all you see is white ice and trees you swiftly move past. If the mere thought of winter sport has given you an adrenaline rush, it’s time to live this imagination. Pack your woolens and head straight to Auli, Uttarakhand. This breathtaking ski resort town in the Himalayas takes adventure to another level altogether.
